Personality: Since a young age, Cael has been taught that the well being of others is more important than his own happiness, and this reflects in everything he does. It is this guardianship mentality that makes him kind yet stonic to advance, for in his mind the only result of seeking pleasure for himself is harming others in one way or another.
Background: Cael hails from a little-known organization of guardians that took him in while still a child as one of their own. His childhood was full of teachings from the followers of his order that his strength was a blessing used as a tool for the sake of others, and not for furthering his own life in any way. Because of this, there are very few clues to where this man has been later in life.
Combat: Cael follows a strict rule of honor when he fights, and though that can be a weakness, he holds firm to the belief in a fair fight.
Equipment:

• Red Fang: Cael's sword. The blade is created hollow to lighten the load for travel and marked with a charm that, when activated, can change the mass of the blade. This attribute makes the Red Fang very versatile because by strengthening or weakening the charm the wielder can balance the speed of the blade and the force it applies for an array of situations.
  
• Chimera: An adaptive weapon created by Cael himself. It can be wielded in a combination of fashions and is infused with a charm that can absorb traits from other objects, provided enough time is taken for the charm to take effect.
  
• Fire Magic: Cael is very learned in fire elemental magic and, by using some of his life energy, can create flames that can be used in a variety of situations.

Strengths:

• Charms: Cael's weapons and body are reinforced with charm magic that can be activated to increase proficiency in certain areas.
  
• Vitality: Because of his youth and the charms on his body, Cael has a surprising amount of life energy that can be bended for multiple uses. Both his physical prowess and his aptitude in magic has to do with this combination.
  
• Experience: Though young, Cael has trained for years under strict guidance in the art of combat. This experience has granted him a lot of intuition and skills that someone that has not trained as thoroughly could not comprehend.

Weaknesses:

• Youth: Though experienced for his age, Cael is still young and has not experienced as much as a more timeless creature. This causes him to sometimes have lapses in judgment and perform a move that would be illogical to someone who has fought more battles.
  
• Chivalry: Cael follows a strict personal code when he fights, and refuses certain opportunities and openings because he finds them wrong, and sometimes hesitates during others.
  
• Using Charms: Some of Cael's life energy is sapped every time Cael activates a charm or casts a spell. The amounts of energy used are relatively small, but can add up quickly in a fight.
